Taylor grew up in a small town; Earling, Iowa, with her two brothers and parents. She has attended church as long as she can remember; since a little girl. She was always involved in church activities, especially volunteering in nursery and children’s ministry. In 2017 she graduated from Iowa Western with a degree in nursing. While still in college, Taylor met Isaak at her local church in Harlan, Iowa where he was working as an assistant pastor.
In 2020, Taylor packed up and moved to Jefferson, Iowa to be closer to Isaak who had recently just taken the head pastor position at ALM. Then in May of 2021, Taylor and Isaak were married. Shortly after, the Wangler family had a sweet addition, Judah, born in September of 2022 and then Emercyn in April of 2024. Taylor is now a stay-at-home mom caring for the little Wanglers.
Taylor enjoys tending to the farm animals on their acreage, gardening, fishing….really anything outdoors! She really loves the opportunity to spend time with her little one at home!
Taylor is our nursery director and helps out teaching/helping in our children’s ministry department. She is also involved in coordinating ALM's Women of Life group that meets monthly, by planning activities and meals. Taylor is hands on in our ministry wherever she is needed.
